Innovative Corporate Workspace for a Global High-Speed Connectivity Leader
Overview
A global leader in high-speed connectivity appointed Vestian as their design and build partner to develop a 68,000 sq. ft. corporate office in Bangalore. The workspace was to reflect the company’s brand identity while emphasizing on sustainability and employee well-being. Collaboration lies at the core of the design, expressed through open layouts, breakout zones, and informal meeting spaces woven across the workspace.
The layout features two wings anchored by a central reception for easy accessibility and flow of movement. The design integrates natural elements, ergonomic workstations, and advanced systems to enhance well-being, efficiency, and overall workspace experience.

The project encountered multiple challenges including demolition and handover delays, modular furniture delivery setbacks, issues with water seepage, strict noise restrictions, and delays in finalizing vendors. These obstacles necessitated flexible and proactive management to maintain the construction timeline and ensure quality.
