Future-Ready Office for a Pharma & MedTech Leader

Overview
A Swiss American pharmaceutical and medical device leader partnered with Vestian to support the expansion of its India operations through a strategically planned office development project. Vestian was appointed as their design and project management partner to develop this new facility. The project ad measuring 185,000 sq. ft. was executed in three phases, Phase 1 covering 96,000 sq. ft., Phase 2 covering 48,000 sq. ft., and Phase 3 covering 41,000 sq. ft. The client wanted a workspace that was modern, wellness-focused and supports productivity and employee well-being.
Challenge
Solution
The project involved coordinating with multiple stakeholders, across geographies that led to challenges, including delayed decision-making, which had a ripple effect on design finalization, procurement, and installation. Some of the other challenges include early design revisions and noise restrictions in Phase 1, delays in procurement of AV equipment and finalizing of the reception area’s concept in Phase 2 and installation of a large reception feature and compliance with site limitations in Phase 3.
Vestian addressed these challenges through early design workshops, flexible off-hour scheduling, and proactive coordination among all stakeholders. Specialized teams worked in well-structured shifts, with engineers overseeing floor and zone activities to ensure stringent quality control. Enhanced cross-team communication and strategic procurement accelerated AV and design resolutions during Phase 2, while innovative planning enabled the safe and efficient installation of customized features in Phase 3. Through foresight and meticulous execution, Vestian ensured cost efficiency, schedule adherence, and the successful delivery of a high-performance workspace aligned with the client’s long-term vision and operational goals.
