Creating an Agile and Collaborative Workspace for a Global Retail Technology Leader

A leading global retail technology organization partnered with Vestian to deliver a high-performance workspace across two campuses in Bengaluru. Covering a total area of approximately 183,000 sq. ft., the development included office areas, a data centre, NOC rooms, and a cafeteria. Designed for flexibility and collaboration, the workspace integrates efficient layouts, acoustic meeting zones, and recreational areas to support the company’s dynamic operations and employee well-being.

The project was executed within fully operational buildings, posing significant challenges in material movement and noise control. Restricted working hours, coupled with limited access for logistics, demanded detailed planning and precise coordination to ensure uninterrupted operations for the building’s existing occupants.
Vestian implemented a structured logistics management plan to streamline material movement and maintain steady progress despite access limitations. All noise-intensive activities were strategically scheduled during weekends and after working hours to minimize disruption. The design was optimized for cost and sustainability through the reuse of existing partitions and doors. Acoustic-treated meeting rooms with double-frame partitions ensured sound insulation, while recreational spaces on each floor enhanced employee engagement and comfort.
