Challenge

Solution

The project required  a seamless, cohesive workplace that integrated effortlessly with the two existing facilities.  while upholding the client’s strict global design standards. It not only needed to mirror the established aesthetics but also resolve operational gaps observed in earlier phases. As a third-phase expansion, the project came with heightened stakeholder expectations—making it essential to enhance functionality, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain design continuity throughout the interconnected campus.

Vestian deployed a dedicated team to conduct an in-depth workplace analysis, with a strong focus on uncovering bottlenecks and operational shortcomings in the earlier facilities. This resulted in a detailed technical due diligence report outlining targeted improvement strategies to streamline workflows in the new space. Implementing an activity-based workplace model across the facility required careful planning to support an expanding, highly agile workforce. Vestian unified the three facilities a connecting bridge, this not only connected it physically,  that also gave a feeling of seamlessness and fluidity… Ensuring seamless physical connectivity through a strategically planned connecting bridge was essential to unify all three facilities. The result - an elevated campus experience—enhancing collaboration, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening the organization’s global workplace identity.
