A global financial services organisation partnered with Vestian for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services to develop its 23,113 sq. ft. workplace in Pune. The client sought a sophisticated, technology-enabled environment that supported collaborative work and specialised functions. A 120-day go-live timeline added substantial complexity to managing multiple stakeholders and simultaneously advancing parallel workstreams. Working within a fully operational office added further constraints, as construction was permitted only after office hours and during weekends. Aligning technical dependencies between the base builder, OEMs, and vendors required precise sequencing and real-time coordination. Midway through the project, the HVAC system was found to be under-capacity, necessitating a redesign, while the late inclusion of AV infrastructure added procurement and scheduling pressure.
Our team worked closely with the base builder, OEMs, and client stakeholders to fast-track approvals, align technical requirements, and streamline procurement. HVAC upgrades were executed in parallel with ongoing activities, and construction sequencing was recalibrated to integrate late-stage AV requirements. Strict EHS protocols and continuous monitoring ensured a safe work environment with zero lost-time incidents. Vestian delivered the project on time and within budget, enabling the client to go operational as planned with no disruption to business productivity.
