Long lead items and procurement delays required stringent sequencing and coordination. Additionally, securing permanent power presented hurdles, necessitating extensive follow-ups with regulatory authorities.

Collaborative workshops helped translate the organisation’s flexible workspace vision into a layout featuring agile zones, team neighbourhoods, and well-planned collaboration and focus areas. Execution challenges were managed through proactive measures such as securing temporary lift access, tracking long lead items, and fast-tracking permanent power approvals.
