Creating a Global-Standard Workplace for a Leading HCM Technology Organization
Overview
A global HR technology firm engaged Vestian to create a contemporary workplace as part of its consolidation and expansion strategy in Bengaluru. A 40,000 sq. ft. space was identified for the development of a modern, culturally grounded, and employee-centric facility. The objective was to craft a workspace that embodied the company’s global design ethos while offering a warm, welcoming environment inspired by regional influences that enhance collaboration, wellbeing and the overall employee experience.

The project required designing an open, agile workplace that blended global brand standards with local cultural elements, creating a truly “GLOCAL” design narrative. Construction posed operational challenges, as the fully occupied building restricted all noise generating activities during weekdays, requiring a complete reorganisation of work schedules to avoid tenant disruption. Additional complexities arose while integrating advanced conferencing technology in the boardroom, where the existing ceiling could not support the required systems, demanding structural redesign. These challenges demanded meticulous planning, agile design responses, and strong stakeholder coordination to keep the project on track.
Vestian collaborated closely with various business leaders through detailed workshops, design discussions, and value engineering sessions to refine the workplace vision and functional requirements and create a workspace that globally aligns with the brand. The new workplace - globally aligned and locally inspired was delivered in a single phase within 180 days, fostering collaboration, creativity, and employee well-being.
