Vestian was appointed as the Integrated Workplace Solutions partner for a leading network security provider expanding its footprint in India. The client sought a new-age workplace spanning 51,000 sq. ft. in one of Bangalore's premier IT tech parks that would resonate with their brand identity and connect with employees on a personal level. The project required comprehensive services - transaction advisory through development and ongoing facility management. Post identification and finalisation of the workplace, the project was to be delivered in a record time of 75 days.

The project presented a critical structural challenge: the client needed to house heavy mission-critical equipment in their lab area, weighing over 1.2 tonnes. Initial assessments revealed that the existing building infrastructure was inadequate to support such concentrated loads, creating a significant technical obstacle. Coordinating structural modifications while maintaining the aggressive delivery timeline to an already technically demanding project further added to the challenge.
Vestian identified a space capable of supporting mission-critical lab operations and successfully executed structural slab strengthening to ensure safe equipment installation. An agile, high-performance workplace was delivered—featuring specialized labs, ergonomic workstations, wellness amenities, and a multifunctional cafeteria—within the stringent 75-day timeline.
