A Global Pioneer in Automotive Innovation: Building a High-Performance, Next-Generation Workplace

Overview
A leading automotive company partnered with Vestian to design and build a 45,000 sq. ft. corporate workspace in Bengaluru that moves beyond conventional layouts to enable a more collaborative and efficient environment. We proposed a fluidic design that strengthens modernity, openness, and intuitive movement, with workstation clusters, collaboration hubs, focus rooms, phone booths, content studios, and training areas flowing seamlessly to support daily operations. Open ceilings with custom lighting reinforce the innovation-driven character, while a 300-seat cafeteria doubles as a multifunctional town hall with nature-inspired detailing. Specialized labs and training rooms feature advanced technology, and ergonomic furniture with cohesive finishes delivers a comfortable, efficient, future-ready workplace.
Challenge
Solution
The project had a stringent timeline of 210-days, requiring coordinated efforts across design, procurement, and construction. The absence of a dedicated material storage yard created significant constraints for daily material movement and on-site zoning. Installing MEP services within the double-height laboratory added to the technical complexity. In addition, multiple vendors working on different aspects of the project required continuous alignment on finishes, furniture, and technical specifications to maintain consistency throughout the build.
Vestian structured the project into defined design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases to maintain steady progress within the 210-day schedule. Our team set up on-site material zoning to offset the absence of a storage yard and coordinated closely with vendors to manage sequencing and approvals. We executed the double-height laboratory’s MEP requirements using rod-suspended systems to meet design intent and ensure maintenance accessibility. Safety was reinforced through regular toolbox meetings, hazard checks, and 326 awareness sessions, enabling 1,800 workers to complete 73,143 man-hours with zero incidents. The project was executed with precision across all phases, resulting in a modern and innovative workplace. Its fast-track completion reflects Vestian’s ability to deliver high-performance environments.
