Vestian inherited an incomplete handover from the outgoing service provider at the first building, ran a parallel takeover of the second site, and had to close out all documentation within tight timelines so the new building could begin operations with minimal lag. Each workstream carried its own dependencies, and none could be allowed to compromise the continuity of a 24/7 facility.

Vestian replaced a layer of subcontracted labor with a single accountable operator, consolidating soft services, pantry and refreshment services, electromechanical and engineering maintenance, integrated pest management and office support systems under one line of accountability. To absorb the gap left by the outgoing provider, the team recruited 25 additional employees across multiple levels within a single week, mobilized the first building, then scaled the on-site team to 75 people. Bench strength was held at site so that attrition or absence never became a service gap. The client moved from a fragmented outsourced arrangement to a managed, self-performing operation with an audit-ready handover at the new building.
