Creating EMEA Division
Chicago, IL – Vestian, a global commercial real estate firm, announces the expansion of its European, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”) operation with the opening of its London office. Headquartered in Chicago, and with offices throughout the U.S., India and China, the opening of the EMEA office further expands Vestian’s global presence
Leading the EMEA team in London is Stephen Pannell, MRICS. Pannell, with 30 years of real estate and corporate experience, has led major business location and workplace projects in the UK and globally. Pannell has also held several director positions in investment and development companies. “We are thrilled to have Stephen lead our EMEA presence in London,” said Michael Silver, Chairman of Vestian. “His vast experience in developing large institutional and commercial projects as well as the acquisition and disposal of multiple real estate assets is ideally suited to meet our clients’ growing international needs.”
