We Challenge The Norm

Our Mission

We are committed to helping businesses prosper through transparent, unconflicted, and unconforming real estate solutions.

The Truthful Voice of Real Estate.

Transparent because clarity and honesty give you power when it means the most.

Transparency is our guiding principle. We provide open and objective solutions to the challenges of an opaque industry. Our advisors reject market norms and customs set by suppliers and work independently to put you into a position of power.

Conflict-free because the integrity of the industry depends on it.

We are unconflicted. Unlike other firms in the market, we only represent occupiers to leverage the market’s supply and demand curve most effectively. We have the liberty to drive objective negotiations and pricing with no limitations.

Unconforming because the status quo is not in your best interest.

We challenge the norm. We believe there is a pressing need for change in today's CRE industry. Conflicts of interest and poor representation unfairly dictate the market. We are focused on your best interests in an industry that favors their own.

Demand More. We Are.

Vestian demands more from today’s CRE industry. We are the only global conflict-free real estate service provider in the industry, supporting only the interests of occupiers. We value transparency above all else – working with our clients to ensure they’re navigating and conquering the challenges of an opaque market. Vestian is the truthful voice of real estate.

Our Legacy: Vestian was established in 2009 by the founder and former executives of Equis Corp., recognized as the undisputed leader in comprehensive, conflict-free occupier services for more than 20 years.
