The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Associate to join our team at our global headquarters in Chicago. This role is perfect for a problem-solver who is eager to learn and contribute across a wide range of marketing initiatives while also serving as a strategic support partner to our brokerage professionals.
As a Marketing Associate at Vestian, you'll wear many hats and gain exposure to multiple aspects of marketing in the corporate real estate industry. You'll support core marketing deliverables, produce polished client-facing materials, and provide hands-on brokerage support, including market surveys, tour books, property mapping, and research that helps our brokers win and execute business.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Content
- Help create pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that showcase Vestian's expertise and personalized approach
- Develop and manage social media content, including LinkedIn, in line with Vestian's brand voice
- Contribute to content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership campaigns
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email campaigns, broker bios, and service line collateral
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events, and help track performance metrics
Brokerage Support
- Produce polished brokerage deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, and property maps
- Support brokers and client teams with day-to-day client service, helping deliver a high-quality, responsive experience across active engagements
- Help manage active pursuits, pipeline activity, and transaction deliverables, tracking critical dates and team priorities
Research & Business Development
- Research prospective clients, industries, and market trends to support new business
- Identify target companies and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, CoStar, ZoomInfo, and internal databases
- Support account planning and outbound business development campaigns
- Help brokers prepare for prospect meetings with relevant market and company intelligence

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, commercial real estate, professional services, sales support, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations, plus Excel and Word
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
- A good eye for layout and visual consistency, with comfort using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) to create or refine marketing materials
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is a plus
You'll Work With
You'll be an integral part of our platform team, collaborating closely with professionals across various departments, including Business Development, brokers, and real estate professionals. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that span Vestian's international offices, gaining exposure to diverse markets and client needs.

Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000
