Associate Director – Managed Offices

About the Job
The ideal candidate will own the P&L, growth strategy, and operational excellence for Vestian's managed office portfolio across a city. This is a senior leadership role responsible for scaling occupancy and revenue, leading multiple Centre Managers, and positioning Vestian Spaces competitively against the current managed office operators in the market.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, occupancy, EBITDA, and cost optimization across all centres.
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of Centre Managers across multiple locations.
- Define and execute the growth strategy for new centre launches, including site selection input, fit-out coordination, and go-live readiness.
- Own key account relationships with large occupiers and enterprise clients, including contract negotiations and renewals.
- Build and maintain landlord and developer relationships to support portfolio expansion.
- Drive brand positioning and go-to-market strategy for the managed offices business in the region.
- Establish and monitor operational SOPs, service standards, and compliance frameworks across all centres.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and design & build teams to align on demand generation and centre design standards.
- Report business performance, risks, and growth opportunities to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 to 10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 to 5 years with a coworking or managed offices operator.
- Experience in negotiating with landlords, developers, and large enterprise clients.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of growth delivery.
- Senior stakeholder management — landlords, enterprise clients, and internal leadership.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate competitive intelligence into action.
- Team leadership across geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
