About the Role
The Brokerage Client Services Associate serves as a strategic support partner to our brokerage professionals and client teams. This role sits at the intersection of business development, client service, marketing execution, and transaction support.
You will help our brokers stay organized, pursue new business opportunities, deliver exceptional client experiences, and bring a high level of polish to everything we put in front of clients.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Brokerage Support
- Support brokers and client teams with day-to-day business development and client service activities
- Prepare and coordinate client presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials
- Help manage active pursuits, pipeline activity, and transaction deliverables
- Track critical dates, client follow-ups, and team priorities
Business Development & Research
- Research prospective clients, industries, portfolio opportunities, and market trends
- Identify target companies, decision-makers, and strategic growth opportunities using tools like LinkedIn, CoStar, ZoomInfo and internal databases
- Support account planning and outbound business development campaigns
- Help brokers prepare for prospect meetings with relevant market and company intelligence
Marketing & Content Development
- Create and edit client-facing marketing materials including presentations, case studies, flyers, and email campaigns
- Coordinate with Platform team on deliverables
- Help manage broker bios, service line collateral, and sales enablement materials
- Support thought leadership campaigns and social media initiatives, including LinkedIn
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate prospect and client records in HubSpot
- Track leads, opportunities, meetings, and pipeline progression
- Support reporting and dashboard updates for brokers
- Help ensure CRM compliance and clean data standards
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, professional services, marketing, sales support, or client services
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence and comfort interacting with senior professionals and clients
Technical Skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
