Vestian, a leading corporate real estate advisory firm, today announced that Irv Gilner has joined the company as Executive Managing Director. In this role, Gilner will provide comprehensive tenant advisory services to occupiers navigating complex real estate decisions across local, national, and global markets.
With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Gilner brings extensive expertise in corporate tenant representation, portfolio strategy, and transaction management. His practice encompasses the full spectrum of corporate real estate services, including land acquisition, office and industrial property transactions, development advisory, and strategic incentive identification and negotiation, all from the occupier's perspective.

Throughout his career, Gilner has advised organizations across multiple industries on large-scale relocations, multi-market consolidations, portfolio restructuring, and major capital projects. His expertise spans headquarters developments, multi-site portfolios, and international expansions, with a consistent focus on aligning real estate strategies with broader business objectives.
Prior to joining Vestian, Gilner held senior leadership positions at Transwestern and Cushman & Wakefield, where he represented occupiers in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and other sectors. He has deep experience in workplace strategy, sustainability program development, and assembling cross-functional teams to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.

Gilner is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and member of the National Association of Realtors, Chicago Chapter. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from St. Louis University and began his career with the Chicago Board Options Exchange, bringing a strong foundation in corporate finance and capital markets to his real estate practice.
