Overview
An Indian multinational IT services and consulting company operates a Bangalore campus covering more than 600,000 square feet and supporting a workforce of more than 9,000 across multiple buildings and floors of office, recreation and common areas. Vestian was appointed as integrated facility management partner, mandated to keep a large, high-traffic campus consistently presentable and well run for an audience that includes global clients and visiting executives. All records are maintained to the ISO 9001 quality, ISO 37001 anti-bribery, ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards.

Solution
The challenge was scale and visibility. Large spaces are spread across multiple buildings and floors, and the site sees frequent client and expatriate visits that raise the bar on presentation and front-of-house standards. Holding every part of so large a campus to the same standard, at all times and in every building, was the defining requirement.
Because frequent client and visitor traffic puts the workplace experience on display, the work was as much about presentation and reliability as routine maintenance. Front-of-house management and workplace presentation were treated as core deliverables rather than incidental ones, and every building and floor was held to the same standard so a visitor's experience does not depend on which part of the campus they see. Pre-onboarding background and police verification protected a campus that regularly hosts external visitors, and soft services were delivered uniformly so the estate read as one consistent environment.
