Tommy Choi leads Vestian's Philadelphia office, bringing over 16 years of corporate services experience, focused exclusively on tenant representation and corporate advisory. He began his career in the A/E/C industry before shifting into corporate real estate advisory with global firms Cresa, SVN, and Greenwood CRE prior to joining Vestian.
Tommy focuses on office and industrial tenant representation, property disposition sand acquisitions, portfolio management, and long-term strategic planning, with additional experience advising clients on the FASB and IASB lease accounting standards. His client roster spans Fortune 500 and mid-market firms to municipal and institutional occupiers navigating high-stakes, high-scrutiny real estate decisions.
Philanthropically minded, Tommy serves as Executive Vice President of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) Philadelphia Chapter and as an Advisory Board Member of SEAMAAC, following 10 years on SEAMAAC's Board of Directors.
Tommy holdsdual real estate licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is multilingual,fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, and holds dual citizenship in the US and Hong Kong.
