Jack Maier

Jack Maier is an Associate Director at Vestian, specializing in tenant representation, portfolio strategy, lease advisory, and transaction management. He partners with corporate occupiers to develop real estate strategies that optimize portfolios, reduce occupancy costs, and support long-term business objectives.

Prior to joining Vestian, Jack spent three years at Newmark, where he most recently served as a Senior Associate advising office, industrial, medical, retail, and mixed-use clients throughout New Jersey. During his tenure, he represented both institutional and private owners and occupiers in lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic advisory assignments. His diverse transaction experience across multiple asset classes enables him to identify opportunities, negotiate favorable business terms, and deliver solutions tailored to each client's operational objectives.
