Prior to joining Vestian, Irv held senior leadership roles at Transwestern and Cushman & Wakefield, representing occupiers across industries and geographies. His expertise includes portfolio restructuring, sustainability program development, workplace design and utilization, and transaction management. Irv has guided organizations through large-scale relocations, multi-market consolidations, and major capital projects, consistently aligning real estate strategies with broader business goals.Irv's client work spans headquarters projects, multi-site portfolios, and international expansions, with a focus on improving efficiency, flexibility, and financial performance.
