With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Irv has built a career advising corporations on complex lease negotiations, portfolio optimization, and workplace strategy.

Prior to joining Vestian, Irv held senior leadership roles at Transwestern and Cushman & Wakefield, representing occupiers across industries and geographies. His expertise includes portfolio restructuring, sustainability program development, workplace design and utilization, and transaction management. Irv has guided organizations through large-scale relocations, multi-market consolidations, and major capital projects, consistently aligning real estate strategies with broader business goals.Irv's client work spans headquarters projects, multi-site portfolios, and international expansions, with a focus on improving efficiency, flexibility, and financial performance. He has deep experience in assembling and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and other sectors.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and member of the National Association of Realtors, Chicago Chapter, Irv combines technical expertise with a client-first perspective. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from St. Louis University and began his career with the Chicago Board Options Exchange, bringing a strong foundation in corporate finance and capital markets to his real estate practice.
