About

Daniel Silver has been a licensed commercial real estate agent since 2017, exclusively working with corporate occupiers.  He specializes in Tenant Representation and represents businesses that require commercial properties where their employees will work.  Daniel guides them through the lease and purchase process, and represents them when they need to dispose of commercial property by sale or sublease.  He focuses his practice in South Florida, and represents his clients throughout the U.S., working as a fiduciary to assist his clients in securing the best terms in the market.

Daniel’s real estate knowledge helps to ensure that clients’ interests are protected through all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions – that the right property is chosen, at the right price, and that possible issues in contracts and leases are spotted and negotiated before they can become a problem.

Prior to his years in commercial real estate, Daniel held an internship with the Florida Panthers Hockey team and managed a commercial division for a national lighting supply company. Daniel was born and raised in Short Hills, NJ, graduated from Susquehanna University with a BA in Business Communication, and moved to South Florida in 2011. He now resides in South Florida with his wife, son, and two dogs.
