Boris Shraybman

Boris Shraybman joined Vestian in 2025 as Senior Vice President, leading U.S. brokerage operations. Based in Chicago, Mr. Shraybman brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage operations, recruiting, corporate M&A structuring and underwriting, as well as a wide spectrum of CRE transaction advisory work. Over the course of his career, he has advised on more than 100 transactions valued at over $4 billion, including corporate occupier services, acquisitions and dispositions, and investment sales across diverse asset classes.

Prior to joining Vestian, Mr. Shraybman worked as a Managing Director in Newmark’s Chicago office for over 12 years, where he served in various roles, which included brokerage operations, corporate M&A structuring and underwriting, as well as tenant representation advisory work. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Shraybman served as Director of the financial services group for UGL Equis Corporation. In this capacity, he was in charge of a corporate finance department supporting national brokerage operations. Before UGL Equis, Mr. Shraybman was employed at Orix Real Estate Capital, the U.S. real estate investment arm of one of Japan’s largest public financial services firms. At Orix, Mr. Shraybman was structuring, underwriting, and executing dozens of acquisitions, including office, industrial and multifamily deals located across the United States. Prior to Orix, Mr. Shraybman was part of the Midwest Capital Markets Group at Trammell Crow Company where he was involved in dozens of financing, equity raises, and investment sale transactions.
