Andre Stanley

Andre brings the discipline and competitive drive of a Division I athlete to commercial real estate tenant representation. As a three-year starter and captain of St. John's University basketball team, he led his squad to an NCAA tournament bid and NIT Championship—experiences that taught him how to perform under pressure, read the competition, and execute winning strategies.

Over 15 years in commercial real estate, Andre has successfully negotiated lease transactions for over 1 million square feet of office space on behalf of corporate occupiers. He exclusively represents tenants across diverse sectors including technology, financial services, law firms, associations, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Vestian, he spent 2 years at Savills and 13 years at Norman Bobrow & Company, building a reputation for strategic advisory and disciplined execution in tenant representation.

His expertise encompasses multi-market evaluation, portfolio and lease optimization, site selection, labor analytics, and sophisticated deal structuring and negotiation. Andre's approach focuses on providing unbiased advisory and strategic implementation that reduces occupancy costs and positions his clients favorably within the marketplace.

Beyond his professional work, Andre has channeled his leadership experience into coaching youth basketball, where he has helped over 100 young athletes earn full college scholarships to Division I and II programs across the country. His coaching roster includes work with prominent AAU organizations such as Riverside Church, New Heights Youth, NY Renaissance, PSA Cardinals, and Navy Yards Boys and Girls Club.
