Experience
3-5 Years of experience into commercial interior fit out background (Design & Build & General Contracting) would be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lease Management: Complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing - including preparation & execution of lease agreements.
- Property Inspections: take prospective customers to inspect properties post assessment of needs and locating of suitable properties for their consideration.
- Customer Account Management: Mapping client’s requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately
- Assisting clients in identifying pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues
- Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term business relationships
- Property Inspections: take prospective customers to inspect properties post assessment of needs and locating of suitable properties for their consideration.
- Displays understanding of duties & org policies and procedures
- Managing and contributing to complex areas of the report-writing process
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Sales Goals Management: Achieve individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Liaison: Liaising with government departments/ developers and regulatory authorities for obtaining sanctions / approvals and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree/ MBA preferred
- Good Interpersonal & Communication skills & Property Appraisal and Evaluation skills
- Numeracy Skills to calculate and interpret data such as deposit, fees, monitor area and location trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel
- Analytical skills to interpret documents such as legislations, regulations, leases etc.
