3-5 Years of experience into commercial interior fit out background (Design & Build & General Contracting) would be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lease Management: Complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing - including preparation & execution of lease agreements.
  • Property Inspections: take prospective customers to inspect properties post assessment of needs and locating of suitable properties for their consideration.
  • Customer Account Management: Mapping client’s requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately
  • Assisting clients in identifying pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues
  • Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term business relationships
  • Property Inspections: take prospective customers to inspect properties post assessment of needs and locating of suitable properties for their consideration.
  • Displays understanding of duties & org policies and procedures
  • Managing and contributing to complex areas of the report-writing process
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Sales Goals Management: Achieve individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Liaison: Liaising with government departments/ developers and regulatory authorities for obtaining sanctions / approvals and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree/ MBA preferred
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication skills & Property Appraisal and Evaluation skills
  • Numeracy Skills to calculate and interpret data such as deposit, fees, monitor area and location trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel
  • Analytical skills to interpret documents such as legislations, regulations, leases etc.
