Experience:

5 to 12 years of experience into commercial interior fit out background (Design & Build/IPC’s, General Contracting) would be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Oversee the complete execution of MEP systems in industrial and commercial fit-out projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate different MEP disciplines, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
  • Technical & Compliance Oversight:
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor installation quality, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Resource & Team Management:
    • Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
    • Provide technical guidance and training as required.
  • Cost Control & Reporting:
    • Track project costs and control expenses to prevent budget overruns.
    • Prepare project status reports and documentation for senior management and clients.
    • Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Education: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • Experience: 10-12 years in MEP project management within commercial interior.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and BIM (preferred).
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, LEED, or MEP-related certifications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
