Experience:
5+ Years of experience into commercial interior fit out background (Design & Build/IPC’s, General Contracting) would be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assure compliance with EHS norms & standards and ensure all company personnel and sub-contractor employees adhere to company’s HSE standards.
- Ensuring safety preparation for the task, based on the risk analysis and work method statements submitted by the vendors.
- Evaluate and review accidents loss reports, develop risk assessment for the various activities at the Project site
- Manage regular risk assessment survey, site inspections and internal audits and to address required follow up actions.
- Conduct weekly inspection of equipment, machineries, working platforms, lifting equipment and its accessories with records.
- Facilitate necessary safety training to all levels of staff and labors at site
- Direct the safety and health program for laborers in a diverse work force.
- Co-ordinate EHS promotional activities and motivating working team to meet EHS compliance and penalize the repetitive violators.
- Conduct Safety committee meeting with all vendors and their workers representative to discuss site safety issues.
- Ensure welfare facilities at project site.
- Accident, incident reporting analysis and monitoring CAPA status.
- Compilation/Monitoring and improving of EHS parameter at project site
- Identifying and analyzing Near miss accident
- Ensure PPE Compliance as per the PPE matrix
- Ensure Contractors Safety Management program
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Min 7 years of work experience with Nebosh, IOSH or OSHA certification
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational health and safety
- Risk Assessment Pruriency

- Knowledge of safety Legislation & Hazard Spotting Skills
