Experience:
3 to 10 Years of experience into commercial real estate industry would be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Map and manage client requirements such as new office space take-up, expansion, or relocation plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders including Admin & Facilities Heads, CFOs, and Real Estate Heads at MNCs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and maintain an MIS for accounts handled.
- Ensure accuracy of all client and transaction data maintained within assigned areas.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
- Liaise with developers, government departments, and regulatory authorities for obtaining approvals and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and collaboration with other business verticals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline/funnel to ensure consistent business flow.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence — including customer insights, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Manage inbound leads, establish initial client contact, and convert opportunities into active mandates.
- Represent the company at client meetings, business forums, and industry events to promote services and generate leads.
- Work closely with internal teams such as transactions, research, marketing, and project management for seamless client delivery.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret documents such as legislations, regulations, and leases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Planning, organizing, and scheduling skills with a focus on task ownership and timely delivery.
- Numerical proficiency to interpret data related to deposits, fees, and market trends.
- Proactive sales orientation with demonstrated ability to achieve revenue goals.
- Experience in maintaining and managing accurate data and reports (MIS).Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
