Experience

10-15 Years of experience into commercial real estate sales; background of Project Business Development (Design & Build/ General Contracting) would be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Customer Account Management: Mapping client’s requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately
  • MIS: Submit sales reports as per the requirement and maintain an MIS on accounts handled
  • New Business Management: Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at various business forums and/or business meetings to promote the company
  • Revenue Goals Management: Expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives within the assigned region
  • Business Operations Management: Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking
  • Sales Management: Responsible for leading the region and business units’ efforts in sales calls and presentations, related to the business unit function
  • Acts as liaison with business leaders, department managers and other internal and external clients to forecast workload demand and project deliverables
  • Manages, plans, coordinates, schedules and oversees meetings, the workload, deadlines and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services. Works with business leaders to resolve conflicting priorities
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in business administration is preferred
  • Good Appraisal and Evaluation skills
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret documents such as legislations, regulations, leases etc.
  • Research skills to identify and locate documents and information relating to property, markets and trends
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Planning, Organizing and Scheduling skills to undertake work related tasks
  • Numeracy Skills to calculate and interpret data such as deposit, fees, monitor area and location trends
  • Teamwork Skills to work effectively and promote communication between various teams
