Experience

6-12 Years of experience into commercial interior fit out background (Design & Build/IPC’s, General Contracting) would be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Design process from concept through to completion, whilst working with and mentoring a talented team of creatives to deliver a wide range of commercial projects across Pan India
  • To understand and assess projects from initial concept, ensuring they align with the practice's standards
  • Liaise directly with clients, leading presentations, and meetings
  • Manage the design process across all stages, ensure the required standard is achieved and the design is in-line with the initial brief and project deliverables/objectives
  • To manage and mentor members of the team, including designers, architectural staff, and CAD support technicians
  • Provide design solutions and promote creativity
  • Promote internal policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of health & safety
  • Stay up to date with industry trends
  • Tendering: Be an active participant in the tendering process of the organization for suitable vendor identification for various project deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management OR B. Arch with + Years of Industry Experience within commercial fit-out
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
  • Possess the ability to develop projects through the full design process from concept design to project delivery
  • You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile
  • You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to travel to sites/client meetings as and when required
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Able to liaise with clients and lead presentations
