Experience
6-12 Years of experience into commercial interior fit out background (Design & Build/IPC’s, General Contracting) would be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Design process from concept through to completion, whilst working with and mentoring a talented team of creatives to deliver a wide range of commercial projects across Pan India
- To understand and assess projects from initial concept, ensuring they align with the practice's standards
- Liaise directly with clients, leading presentations, and meetings
- Manage the design process across all stages, ensure the required standard is achieved and the design is in-line with the initial brief and project deliverables/objectives
- To manage and mentor members of the team, including designers, architectural staff, and CAD support technicians
- Provide design solutions and promote creativity
- Promote internal policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of health & safety
- Stay up to date with industry trends
- Tendering: Be an active participant in the tendering process of the organization for suitable vendor identification for various project deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management OR B. Arch with + Years of Industry Experience within commercial fit-out
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Possess the ability to develop projects through the full design process from concept design to project delivery
- You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile
- You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to travel to sites/client meetings as and when required
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Able to liaise with clients and lead presentations
