Chief Administrative Officer

Kunal is a key member of Vestian’s team and is responsible for driving operational excellence. He brings over two decades of experience in people management and real estate operations across industries, in organisations like GVK Biosciences, Intelligroup (an NTT Data Company He is responsible for driving operational strategy, including planning and delivery of strategic initiatives across Vestian’s APAC & MEA businesses. Additionally, Kunal heads the steering committee on quality management; and is responsible for implementing ISO standards across business units. Kunal is an alumnus of Loyola College, Hyderabad.

Gayathri J Gopal

Deputy Managing Director

As head of Project Management Services in India, Gayathri is responsible for procurement, inventory management, scoping, estimation and change and delivery management. With 17 years of experience, she has sound knowledge of interior fit-out works, civil/structural designs, and safety and security systems. She holds a master’s degree in Advanced Construction Management and is a certified professional in project management from the Centre of Excellence in Project Management. She is also an ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality Auditor certified by Bureau Veritas

Sanjay Purbey

Deputy Managing Director

Sanjay manages client relationships in southern India, serving as the single point of contact for assignments that include project management, location advisory, strategic leasing and strategic planning. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors, he advises clients on end-to-end strategic real estate solutions. Sanjay received his Masters of Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune with a major in operations.

Muthu Ganesh

Senior Vice President – Finance

Ganesh oversees accounting, auditing and annual budgeting for Vestian’s client relationships in India. He brings to the table 33 years of corporate accounting experience in the manufacturing and real estate sectors. He previously served as Head of Finance & Administration at UGL Equis. Ganesh received his Certificate in Accounting & Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and a Diploma in Import & Export Documentation.

Sumita Sundaram

Senior Vice President – Integrated Service Delivery

With 22 years of experience in design and project management, Sumita has a strong portfolio to her credit. She has designed and built workspaces for a wide array of industries viz. IT&ITeS, engineering, BFSI, pharmaceutical, corporate campuses and HQs and large retail developments. Her design sensibility is futuristic, adaptive, and sustainable. Sumita is an Architect by profession and holds a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of New South Wales,Sydney.

Preeti Bhatia

Vice President – Design Services

Preeti has over 18 years of experience in interior fit-out, with expertise in corporate real estate and hospitality interiors. An architect by profession, she has worked as a concept designer with customers across geographies and provides design offerings in keeping with the sensibilities and aesthetics of the customer. Prior to joining Vestian, she was associated with Canvas, Cushman & Wakefield, Interics Design Consultants and Exotic Innovations.

Mayura Bhoraskar Kulkarni

Vice President – Occupier Solutions

Mayura has over 20 years of experience in business development and project management. Mayura is responsible for driving strategic business solutions for clients. She efficiently liaises between clients and the team to ensure best outcome for the customer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University of Pune, India and a Masters in Planning from McGill University, Montreal Canada. Prior to joining Vestian, Mayura was associated with Knight Frank and UGL Equis.

Meenakshi Sharma

Vice President – Design Services

Meenakshi has over 19 years of experience in design and project management with expertise in providing design solutions, conceptualisation and execution of projects. She has a strong portfolio to her credit and has worked as a concept designer with customers across geographies and sectors viz. banking, finance, technology, start-ups, and media. An architect by profession, she holds a degree in Bachelor of Architecture from Bangalore Institute of Technology and a certificate in Design Thinking from Stanford University, San Jose. Prior to joining Vestian, she was associated with RSP Design Consultants.

Malathy Subramanyam

Vice President – Corporate Services

Malathy has 23 years of diverse experience in management, strategic corporate & business planning, marketing management for all pre-sales related activities, including developing content for client acquisition, demand & lead generation and client relationship management. She is adept in project scoping, requirements modeling, development of business cases and creating quantitative and qualitative benefit metrics to measure business performance. She holds a degree from IIMB in Executive General Management Program.

Rohini Vasudev

Vice President – Corporate Communications

Rohini is a marketing and communications professional with over 18 years of experience. She is responsible for corporate communications, brand and marketing efforts for Vestian. Her career began in the hospitality industry, and she continues to leverage this customer-driven approach in all her roles. Prior to Vestian, Rohini worked with UGL Equis Ltd, Hyatt Hotels and ITC Hotels. Rohini received her master’s in Business Administration from Viswa Bharati University.

Mohan B C

Assistant Vice President – Project Services

A certified project manager with 28 years of experience in planning and execution, Mohan has delivered over twenty million sq ft of commercial office space and data centres. His expertise lies in developing a holistic approach to deliver value-driven solutions to achieve clients goals and objectives. Prior to joining Vestian he was associated with UGL Equis, JLL and Adarsh Developers.

Sheetal Kaul

Assistant Vice President – Operations

Sheetal has 18 years of experience in HR operations across organisations. She is responsible for workforce planning and skills assessment and development. She is also responsible for implementing and managing Quality Management System in the organization. She holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Pune and a Diploma in HR Analytics from Jigsaw Academy. Prior to joining Vestian, she worked with GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

Vaibhav Pandey

Assistant Vice President – Integrated Facility Management Services

Vaibhav heads Vestian’s Integrated Facility Management Services arm. He has over 16 years of varied experience across Facilities Management Operations, People Management, Client Acquisition and Relationship Management. In his previous assignments, he was associated with GMR, OLA, BHIVE Workspace, and Cure.fit. Vaibhav has also served in the Indian Army prior to joining the corporate sector. He is a postgraduate from IIM Lucknow and currently pursing doctorate in Business Management from Swiss School of Business and Management.

Priyanka Rajendra

Assistant Vice President – Project Services & Regional Head, Hyderabad

Priyanka has over 17 years of experience in project execution & management, Priyanka’s core competency lies in project execution, contract and conflict management. She directs diverse structures to develop high-quality programs that address business goals and provide tangible results to the customers. Priyanka holds a degree in Engineering in Architecture from B.M.S College of Engineering, Bangalore. Prior to joining Vestian, she was associated with CBRE.

Ashok Kumar Reddy G

Assistant Vice President – Finance

A finance professional with over 15 years of experience, Ashok’s expertise lies in financial planning & analysis, cash flow management, controllership & compliance. He holds an MBA degree in finance from Madurai Kamaraj University and an advanced leadership degree from Reva University. Prior to joining Vestian he worked with UGL Equis Group.

Rajasekar Rajulapudi

Senior Director – Integrated Facility Management Services

Rajasekar is responsible for handling operations for Integrated Facility Management services. An engineer by profession, Raj has managed Technical Operations for diverse set of clients across Corporate/ IT- ITEs, BFSI, Manufacturing, Industrial, R&D sectors. He is also a certified Internal Auditor for quality and information security Systems ISO 9001, 20000 & 27001. Prior to Vestian, Raj headed south India FM Infra services for NTT Data Global Delivery services Ltd. He has also worked with Tech Mahindra, and Tata Cellular in various roles.

Vijay Kumar HM

Director – Project Services

Vijay is a veteran in the field of civil engineering with 35 years of experience, of which twenty-five years have been dedicated to interior fit-outs and related services. Having worked with clients across industries on a myriad of projects, his forte lies in his ability to provide valuable insights to clients to achieve best real estate outcome. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from SJCE University of Mysore. Prior to joining Vestian, Vijay was associated with UGL Equis India.

Santosh Kumar S

With over 17 years of expertise in Project Engineering, Project Management, Project Planning and Procurement, Santosh has vast experience in different sectors like manufacturing, IT parks, warehousing, commercial sectors. His strength lies in contract administration, techno-commercial functions, documentation, site-engineering, quality management, client relationship management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nadgir Institute of Technology. Rajappa Methre

Rajappa has over 20 years of experience in the real estate construction industry. His forte lies in offering technical and value engineering inputs which add benefits to cost and viability of the designs. Prior to joining Vestian, Rajappa has worked with CBRE, Bovis Lend Lease India and Plyflex Automotive Engg. Pvt Ltd. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic college, Karnataka.

Muhammed Muneesh

Director – Project Services

Muneesh is a certified Environmental, Health and Safety professional with over 15 years of experience in EHS training and regulatory guidance in the construction industry. He is a member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management. Muneesh is also an internal auditor, specializing in statutory compliance and safety audits. He holds a master’s degree in business administration in safety management from Karnataka State Open University. Prior to joining Vestian, Muneesh worked with CBRE and DivyaSree Developers

Dhaval Pavaskar

Director – Occupier Solutions

A real estate professional, with over 10 years of experience in business development, Dhaval is responsible for driving corporate business for Vestian. He is responsible for client acquisition and relationship management. Dhaval holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and master’s in Management Studies, with a major in Finance from University of Mumbai. Prior to joining Vestian, he has worked in various sales and marketing roles with Godrej Properties and ANJ group.

Aparna Punde

Director – Project Services

Aparna will be leading the Pune Operations and will be responsible for strengthening Vestian’s presence in the region, delivering profitability and team development. Aparna joins us with over 17 years of diverse experience in commercial office interior fit out and Project Management, having successfully led and delivered projects for customers across sectors and geographies. An architect by profession, she has strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of processes in the design and build industry and is an expert in managing the business for integrated project delivery services. Prior to joining Vestian she was associated with Cushman & Wakefield and Space Matrix Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

Priya Nekfar Thanawalla

Director – Project Services

Priya has 18 years of experience in construction, project execution and management for interior fit outs, across different sectors including banking and financial, hospitality, IT/ITES, healthcare and data centers. Her expertise lies in design evaluation, value engineering, contract management and risk management. Priya holds a master’s degree in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune. She is an IGBC certified professional and a member of Council of Architecture, New Delhi. Prior to joining Vestian, she has worked with JLL, Pantheon, STUP Consultants and Sahara Aamby Valley Pvt. Sumanth NL

Associate Director – Project Services

Sumanth is a civil engineer by profession, and has 14 years of diverse experience in planning, scheduling and project coordination. Sumanth is responsible for the successful delivery of projects, right from the initial stage to its closure. He holds a master’s degree in business administration in Project Management from Manipal University. Prior to joining Vestian, Sumanth was associated with Tata Power, Ozone group, Coworks and Sobha Developers.

Sanjith Raj

Sanjith has over 9 years of experience in construction of base build and interior fit-outs for office spaces and industrial projects. His forte lies in design evaluation, due diligence, project management, execution and procurement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Kerala. Leon Li

Associate Director – Transaction Advisory

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Leon has arranged lease deals for companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Cofco, Allison Transmission and Riello. Based in Beijing, he understands the dynamics, laws and regulations of the real estate market in Beijing and Shanghai, as well as Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in China, such as Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen. Leon has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has pursued higher studies in Singapore.

Ryan Loh

Associate Director – MEP

Ryan has more than 16 years of project management experience and has completed numerous projects of different sizes and in the different industries both in China and across Asia. In addition to having strong MEP engineering background, Ryan is very familiar with project management process enabling him to manage projects from initial design stage to project close out.

Bernard is a meticulous and technically competent player, familiar with the Chinese market and industry trends. Alicia Diaz

Alicia has been working in the Chicago Commercial Interiors industry for nearly 20 years. Donna’s decades of Commercial Real Estate, Marketing, and Client Services background gives her a unique perspective on the art of getting the deal done.
