Leon Li

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Leon has arranged lease deals for companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Cofco, Allison Transmission and Riello. Based in Beijing, he understands the dynamics, laws and regulations of the real estate market in Beijing and Shanghai, as well as Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in China, such as Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen.
