Michael drives Vestian Group’s global oversight and vision. In 1984 he founded Equis Corporation, which over two decades, became the world’s largest real estate services firm focused exclusively on serving corporate space users. Michael sold Equis to pursue new investment opportunities in 2006, the same year he received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He is also an active member of the World Presidents’ Organization.
A founding member of Vestian, Shrini is responsible for the firm’s expansion in South Asia and provides personal oversight of assignments throughout the Asian markets. He has more than two decades of experience assisting multinational corporations with portfolio planning, expansion/relocation initiatives and workplace fit-out. Working with Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers and Equis prior to Vestian, Shrini has been a leader in organized real estate consultancy since its inception in South Asia. A hands on leader, Shrini is committed to delivering on client expectations and quality.
George has over 20 years’ experience leading across the full range of corporate real estate services. He brings an operational expertise in developing value-driven solutions and takes a holistic approach to achieving clients goals and objectives. Prior to Vestian, he spent 5 years as the Global Lead of Cushman & Wakefield’s Commercial Solutions Group for Occupier Services. There he focused on the formation of service line strategies along with commercial deal underwriting to execute Transactions, Lease Admin, Facility and Project Management services for major enterprise accounts of Fortune 100 companies. Throughout his career, George has led globally in building out highly active teams in the areas of project, program and portfolio management services. George holds a MBA in Real Estate Finance & Investment along with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
Mr. Sprouls is a highly recognized commercial real estate executive who has held senior leadership roles with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. Most recently, Mr. Sprouls was Executive Vice President and head of MetLife Global Corporate Services. In this role, Mr. Sprouls was responsible for approximately 1500 properties occupied by MetLife in over 50 countries.
Prior to MetLife, Sprouls was Managing Director, Real Estate Investments, and Global Head of Citigroup Realty Services. In the latter role, Mr. Sprouls was responsible for all of Citigroup’s occupied real estate worldwide. The Citigroup portfolio consisted of over 13,000 locations in 106 countries, and contained over 100 million square feet of occupied and subleased space. Mr. Sprouls also served as general counsel of real estate for the parent company; and was concurrently responsible for the real estate investment fund business.
Over the past 20 years, Clarence has served in leadership roles of leasing, project and facilities management operations in key markets throughout China. As the head of China operations for Equis and UGL Premas, he developed and led project management and transaction advisory operations across the country, establishing a reputation for quality service and strong client relationships. Clarence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction with honors from the National University of Singapore.
Simon is a respected Senior International Corporate Real Estate industry leader and chartered surveyor. He has been at the forefront of developing and executing client and supply-side strategies, both in challenging growth and cost containment environments, world-wide.
Simon has previously held Senior Leadership roles at Cisco, Deutsche Bank and Barclays, plus Cushman & Wakefield and JLL. With experience as a Global Head, Director and Partner, Simon is an expert in business development, client relationship management, portfolio & workplace strategy, as well as governance and risk – he is a former Chair of the Global Property Sustainability and Health & Safety Committees at Barclays.
An active member of CoreNet Global since 2000, Simon is also a previous member of the Buildings and Estates Committee at the Royal College of Art and is a former President of the British Council for Offices (2005-2006).
